Next Spaghetti Dinner:
Advertise 2 days before(putting fliers in every building)
Advertise in farmer’s market
Rafting:
$80 rafting
$15 wetsuit rental
$5 campsite
$x food
Take attendance for future trips and members can get “points”
Scratch Off Books:

Money earned from scratch off can go towards any trip
Rock Climbing:

Rafting:

No need for a proper backpack
Pickup lunch and eat in car or stop somewhere on the road
Do not bring summer sleeping bag
pack for a normal trip

Need to call…emails don’t work.
schedule conflicts occurr because of lax scheduling.
Set hard dates early.
New business:
- The finalization of the spaghetti dinner on April 4th (This will cut down the price of the Super Trip depending on how many people show up/help out)
- -Find out who is coming to the spaghetti dinner on Sat April 4th? (make calls to those who are not at the meeting)
- -Who is working on a flyer? Who is printing it up? Who will help distribute it?
- -Who is going to help go shopping?
- -Who will be the chef’s? Who will be the servers?
- -Are we going to serve like a soup line or waiter service?
